The link Mr E has sent is actually about the 3 films that are being made (based on the book). Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is being made (ready for 2016) - whilst it is set in the same world as Harry Potter, it is actually before Harry's time and starts in New York. So the trio wont be making an appearance (at least as themselves). 

So whilst it's connected to the magical world, it isn't a HP book.
